Assessment of satisfaction of patients in a phthisiopneumology hoSpital: medico-social and legal aspects

In order to study patient satisfaction with the quality of medical care provided by the medical staff, a questionnaire was administered to patients of the phthisiopneumological hoSpital. We analyzed data extracted from questionnaires of 189 respondents describing satisfaction with conditions of care, quality and accessibility of medical care, informing patients during their stay in the hoSpital, etc. The survey showed that the vast majority of respondents were satisfied with the quality of care provided and only a few patients had critical comments. It is concluded that the results of the analysis of patient satisfaction can and should be taken into account when identifying problems and developing measures to improve the quality of medical care.
