Aspecte de comunicare ale interrelației medic-pacient

Rezumat

Actul medical se bazează, inclusiv, pe relația medic-pacient, care poate avea influențe pozitive sau negative asupra satisfacţiei pacientului, complianţei, rezultatelor clinice şi, în final, asupra aspectelor economice. Acest articol oferă o sinteză a publicațiilor din literatura științifică relevantă, care se concentrează asupra importanței relației medic-pacient și aspectelor comunicaționale. Sursele analizate confirmă că interacţiunea dintre medic şi pacient constituie elementul central şi critic al serviciilor medicale, iar abilitățile de comunicare (empatia, exprimarea verbală și nonverbală, interviul motivațional, colaborarea în luarea deciziilor etc.) pot fi învățate și dezvoltate, ceea ce va aduce beneficii pentru rezultatele clinice și va crește calitatea vieții și gradul de satisfacție a pacientului față de sistemul medical.
