Tulburări metabolice ale funcției hepatice la pacienți cu obezitate în contextul infecției COVID-19

Pandemia COVID-19 și consecințele ei reprezintă o amenințare gravă asupra viața și sănătatea oamenilor, ducând la morbiditate, dizabilitate și mortalitate ridicate. Obezitatea și alte componente ale sindromului metabolic pot agrava decursul infecției cu COVID-19 și starea funcțională a sistemului hepatobiliar. Scopul studiului a fost studierea parametrilor biochimici care caracterizează sindromul de citoliză și metabolismul proteic la pacienții obezi cu infecție virală SARS CoV-2. Am examinat 44 de pacienți: 27 bărbați (61,6%), 17 femei (38,6%). Vârsta medie a constituit 55,16 ± 4,5 de ani. Pacienții au fost împărțiți în 4 grupe: grupul 1 (9) a fost format din pacienți cu un indice de masă corporală (IMC) de 30, grupul 2 (8) cu un IMC de 35, grupul 3 cu un IMC de 40, grupul 4 de comparație (GC) a constat din pacienți (17) fără semne de obezitate. La toți pacienții au fost studiate sindromul de citoliză (ALAT, ASAT) și metabolismul proteic: feritina (FT), albumina serică și proteina C reactivă (CRP). Studiul a evidențiat o creștere a nivelurilor de ALAT, ASAT, FT și CRP la pacienții cu un indice de masă corporal ridicat pe fondul scăderii albuminei serice. Toți pacienții cu infecție virală COVID-19 și obezitate au prezentat modificări în parametrii sindromului de citoliză și metabolismului proteic. Pacienții cu infecție virală COVID-19 și obezitate constituie un grup cu risc ridicat și necesită monitorizare preventivă și diagnostic constantă de către gastroenterologi și endocrinologi.
