The particularities of Burnout syndrome in medical assistance activity

Burnout syndrome is an advanced stage of stress in the workplace and may cause total or permanent inability to resume work, is a state of physical, emotional and mental exhaustion, which recovery is heavy, thus indirectly affecting the quality of organizational activity, the nurses suffering this syndrome show indifference to the workplace and incapacity to work. Research has found that 60.6% of nurses have experienced Burnout syndrome. Following the experiment, the high level of Burnout syndrome was reduced to an average and even low level.
