Rezumat

Articolul analizează devierile comportamentului alimentar asociate obezității și impactul acestora asupra sănătății, inclusiv în sindromul metabolic și ficatul steatozic. Scopul publicației este de a sintetiza datele științifice privind influența comportamentului alimentar și strategiile de intervenție comportamentală în corectarea greutății corporale. Au fost analizate 33 de publicații din baze de date relevante. Studiile arată că dieta mediteraneană este cea mai recomandată pentru aceste afecțiuni, însă schimbarea comportamentală este adesea dificilă și necesită suport psihologic. Intervențiile cognitiv-comportamentale s-au dovedit eficiente, concentrânduse pe motivație, autoreglare, restricționare conștientizată și alternative sănătoase care să înlocuiască alimentația. Concluzia subliniază necesitatea integrării medicinii, psihologiei/ psihoterapiei și nutriției pentru o abordare eficientă a obezității și afecțiunilor metabolice asociate.
