Incidența anticorpilor antifosfolipidici la pacienții primari cu limfom non-Hodgkin

Limfomul non-Hodgkin (LNH) prezintă un grup de tumori maligne limfoproliferative, neomogen din punct de vedere histologic și biologic. Anticorpii antifosfolipidici (aFL) sunt anticorpi produși ca rezultat al interpretării eronate a fosfolipidelor membranelor plachetare. Este bine cunoscut faptul că anticorpii aFL sunt factori de risc generali care induc dereglarea procesului fi ziologic de hemostază. Respectiv, prezintă interes aprecierea incidenței anticorpilor antifosfolipidici la pacienții primari cu limfom non-Hodgkin în funcție de vârstă, gender, tipul imunohistochimic, particularitățile focarului tumoral primar, gradul de diseminare a bolii. Conform rezultatelor studiului nostru am constatat o incidență de 14.8% a aFL la pacienții primari cu limfom non-Hodgkin, mai frecvent la bărbați și la persoanele cu vârsta mai mare de 50 de ani. Rezultatul pozitiv la testul de anticorpi aFL a fost confi rmat în funcție de tipul imunohistochimic al limfomului malign, gradul de diseminare a procesului tumoral și independent de localizarea focarului tumoral (nodal sau extranodal) al LNH. Incidența tipurilor de anticorpi aFL a fost neuniformă cu predominarea evidentă a anticoagulantului lupic. Studiul dat a permis evaluarea incidenței anticorpilor antifosfolipidici la pacienții primari cu limfom non-Hodgkin.
