Rezumat

Maladia oncologică prezintă un risc sporit pentru dezvoltarea evenimentelor trombotice, fi ind asociat cu rate înalte de recurență și mortalitate. Din aceste motive, prevenirea trombozei asociate cancerului reprezintă o problemă majoră în conduita pacientului oncologic. Cunoașterea factorilor de risc tromboembolici în oncologie este absolut necesară pentru evaluarea raportului risc-benefi ciu individual al profi laxiei. Scopul acestei lucrări este elucidarea factorilor de risc al complicațiilor tromboembolice în oncologie. În acest sens, au fost studiate publicațiile științifi ce medicale din baza de date GoogleSearch, PubMed, Z-library, NCIB, Medscape, Hinari, au fost căutate după cuvintele-cheie: „tromboză asociată cancerului”, „cancer”, „factor de risc”. Informațiile au fost sistematizate, evidențiind factorii de risc al complicațiilor tromboembolice la pacienții oncologici.
