Rolul scorurilor non-invazive în diagnosticul fibrozei hepatice la persoanele cu diabet zaharat tip 2

Fibroza hepatică reprezintă una dintre cele mai stringente probleme ale bolii steatozice a ficatului, deoarece contribuie la progresia bolii și la creșterea riscului de mortalitate. Depistarea precoce a persoanelor cu diabet zaharat tip 2 și fibroză hepatică este esențială în managementul bolii și prevenirea complicațiilor. Studiul este realizat în baza sintezei articolelor științifice publicate în perioada 01.01.2007-30.05.2024, în bazele de date PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Academic. Din numărul total de 280 articole, au fost selectate 27 articole relevante despre utilizarea scorurilor diagnostice non-invazive. Scorurile non-invazive reprezintă algoritmi care încorporează diferite variabile clinice și biomarkeri, crescând sensibilitatea și specificitatea de identificare a fibrozei hepatice. Cele mai utilizate sunt scorurile APRI, BARD, NFS, FibroTest și FIB4. Studiile recente demonstrează că aceste scoruri au fost validate și pot fi aplicate în practica clinică. Totuși, scorul FIB-4 depășește acuratețea altor scoruri non-invazive, și a fost recomandat de către mai multe societăți internaționale ca metodă de screening a fibrozei hepatice la persoanele cu diabet zaharat tip 2. Scorurile non-invazive reprezintă metode diagnostice promițătoare, utile și cost-eficiente pentru diagnosticul fibrozei hepatice la persoanele cu diabet zaharat tip 2. Ele asigură estimarea prognosticului și dezvoltarea strategiilor eficiente de management personalizat cu excluderea riscurilor asociate biopsiei hepatice.
