Noi tendințe de tratament în hepatita virală B+D

În cadrul studiului clinic au fost investigați 12 pacienți cu hepatită virală B+D, cu vârste cuprinsă între 18 și 55 de ani, dintre care 7 barbați și 5 femei. Diagnosticul a fost stabilit în baza datelor anamnestice, clinice, biochimice, molecular biologice, serologice și imagistice. Pacienții au fost supuși unui tratament combinat cu polimeri pe bază de acizi nucleici (REP 2139-Ca) și interferoni pegilați, timp de 48 de saptamâni, fiind ulterior supravegheați post-tratament timp de 1 an. Rezultatele au arătat o vindecare funcțională, exprimata prin seroconversia antiHBs la 5 din cei 12 pacienți, negativarea ARN-VHD la 8 pacienți din 12, iar ADN-VHB a fost nedetectabil la toți bolnavii. De asemenea, s-a înregistrat normalizarea indicilor sindromului de citoliză la un an de monitorizare post-tratament.
