Abstract

Effective and quality drug treatment can be ensured by determining the key moments in the evolution of the disease and considering the individual condition of the concrete patient, in-deep knowledge of the peculiarities of original and generic drugs with the possibilities of bioequivalence for their substitution, the selection and rational use of drugs, compliance with the requirements and the recommendations of the clinical protocols and standards with the productive involvement of the patient in complying with the triggered treatment schemes. Also important are the exclusion and prevention of unjustified duplications (polypharmacy, polytherapy) and possible drug incompatibilities, the use of falsified drugs and the revocation of all hostile attempts to diminish the responsibility of doctors.
