Strategii de reabilitare medicală în asistența complexă a persoanelor cu COVID-19

Rezumat

Infecția Covid-19 reprezintă o provocare pentru sistemul medical. Dezvoltarea programelor și strategiilor pentru reabilitarea persoanelor în diferite stadii ale bolii este relevantă și actuală. Studiul realizat este o sinteză bibliografi că ce a vizat analiza metodelor și strategiilor de reabilitare medicală a pacienților cu noua ,,infecție cu coronavirus”. Informațiile au fost colectate din bazele de date academice PubMed, PubMed Central, Google, colectând articole relevante din anii 2019-2021, folosind cuvintele-cheie: [„Covid-19”, „Covid 19”, „2019-CoV”, „SARS-CoV”, „coronavirus nou” sau „SARS-CoV-2”] și [„reabilitare” sau „medicină fi zică”]. Scopul studiului a fost estimarea consecințelor COVID-19 și identifi carea metodelor de tratament recuperator. Deoarece Covid-19 afectează preponderent sistemul respirator, intervențiile de reabilitare pulmonară cu tehnicile respiratorii și drenajul postural combinate cu alte metode fi zioterapice pot fi utilizate pentru un pacient cu COVID-19. Gama largă de manifestări clinice în COVID-19 relevă importanța adaptării programului de reabilitare la defi citele funcționale și nevoile pacientului. Programele multifactoriale combinate cu metode active și de susținere (kinetoterapie, exerciții fi zice, terapie ocupațională, refl exoterapie) sunt efi ciente și pot fi utilizate în îngrijirea complexă a pacienților cu COVID-19 în toate etapele tratamentului.
