Changes in refractive glaucoma surgery

The surgical treatment of primary glaucoma is recognized as being the most effective in terms of intraocular pressure compensation and prevention of the accelerated development of glaucomatous neuropathy. The authors present the efficacy of the trabectomy variant - scleroanguloresection - in the surgical of refractive glaucoma performed in the inferior sector within a group of 56 patients.
