Rezumat

Migrena este deseori asociată cu fotofobie, fonofobie, vertij, uneori vomă, fatigabilitate. De obicei, în tratamentul atacurilor migrenoase sunt recomandate anitiinflamatoarele nesteriodiene, preparate de ergot, triptanii. Determinarea particularităţilor oftalmologice la pacienţii cu migrenă și studierea eficienţei sol. Timolol 0,5% în atacul migrenos. În revista literaturii sunt prezentate datele unor autori care au folosit picăturile oftalmice sol.Timolol 0,5% la pacienţii cu migrenă. Colirul oftalmic Timolol 0,5% este un remediu eficace, bine tolerat, sigur şi simplu în tratamentul antimigrenos de criză şi preventiv.
