Summary. Modern researches about personal image of the high medical school teacher. The problem concerns the image of personality in the work of psychologist in Romania (A. Neculau, I. Radu, A. Roşca, A. Tucicov-Bogdan), Russia (Г. М. Андреева, М. Р. Варданян, П. Власова, Е. Б. Перелыгина, Г. Г. Почепцов, В. М. Шепель, etc.) and in other countries (H. Berd, C. Boulding, D. Burstin, N. Chun, D. Iagher, O’Sullivan, A. Sampson, B. Sam, W. Doise, E. Goffman, etc.).
The image of the personality is a very important dimensionsion to the complex social environment and vocational training, which has, found wide use and application in various fields’ hu- man knowledge. EG 8 summary data values are very important for shaping a clear image of the teacher training High Medical School dynamics and certifies that there is need to broaden the knowledge and skills development and efficient use of resources to optimize personal and professional attitude to personality university teachers image.
